Through the cooperative efforts of the global chip manufacturers and equipment suppliers, research communities, and consortia, the Roadmap teams identify critical challenges, encourage innovative solutions, and welcome participation from the semiconductor community. The ITRS is devised and intended for technology assessment only and is without regardto any commercial considerations pertaining to individual products or equipment. Current editions and updates can be downloaded.
