Description: Developed at Ohio State University, PlantFacts is the result of the merging of several digital collections on plants. The website is split into five sources of information: a web search engine that deals solely with plants, a searchable database of images relating to plants, turf, diseases, and insects, a collection of gardening how-to videos, a FAQ section, and a glossary that includes illustrated definitions of commonly used horticulture terms. Each of these sections could find use in a classroom or study group in a field relating to horticulture, agriculture, and Plant Nursery Operations, among others.
